Cooking Classes 2010
Be inspired by the professionals from the Hyatt kitchens and take a look behind the scenes at the open show kitchen. A maximum of 8-10 people will learn from the chefs all the tips and tricks of high-class cooking. Afterwards, you can enjoy the fruits of your labour with your fellow student chefs.
Each class starts at 2:30pm and costs €175 per person, including champagne, the menu, the recipes, accompanying beverages and a Hyatt apron. All participants will also receive a certificate and a surprise gift. Accompanying guests who attend only the dinner pay 60 Euros.

Dates 2010:
- January 16 - "Cooktail": combining Cocktails and Barfood
- March 13 - Southeast Asian kitchen: Vietnam, Thailand, China
- May 15 - Bouillabaisse, turbot, lobster & Co.
- October 02 - culinary journey through the north of Italy: truffles, Fontina, Lardo...
If, 14 days before the date, a minimum of eight participants has not booked for the class, Hyatt has the right to cancel the class.
