“Rheintöchter Terrasse”
Since May this year, the Hyatt Regency Mainz has been attracting guests with a new outdoor location that offers a very special kind of cuisine to enjoy the summer season in a perfect culinary way. Die Rheintöchter Terrasse” is the ideal place to try delicious barbecue specialties, fresh from the traditional grill house, while having a great view over the River Rhine.
On the “Rheintöchter Terrasse”, guests are served all that a real barbecue must include – the best beef steaks and tender spare ribs, as well as oriental specialties such as Schischkebap or Asian Satay.
Under the shade of umbrellas, enjoy some very new home-made milk soft ice cream flavours, including the "Malakoff", a combination of biscuits, espresso and rum, refined with soft vanilla ice cream and garnished with cocoa and almonds, or the "Black Forest", a creative mixture of soft vanilla ice cream, cherries, chocolate and rounded off with a splash of German “Kirschwasser”. Both are always worth a visit.
Those who prefer another sort of culinary refreshment should try one of the delicious salads that can be picked à la carte. Whether vegetarian or with fresh fish or meat, these salads are the right energiser on hot days.
We also offer freshly baked cakes from the Hyatt patisserie as well as a selection of teas and coffee specialties on the “Rheintöchter Terrasse”.
The “Rheintöchter Terrasse” is open for you from 11:00am to 10:30pm every day of the week.
