Calendar and topics of our cooking classes in Mainz

In the unique Bulthaup show kitchen located at the vaulted banquet suite, the “Palatorium” (which is part of the historic Fort Malakoff), small groups of participants will learn all the tricks involved in the careful preparation of the selected menus.

5 May 2018           Fish & Asparagus Cooking Class  (€179)

 

Gourmet Club members receive a €10 discount on the stated price. The price includes corresponding drinks, recipes and a Hyatt give away. The classes start at 3:00 pm and end at approximately 9:00 pm.
