The large marble table, with a length of six metres, is directly in front of the open show kitchen of the restaurant so that the creation of dishes by the chefs can be viewed from the table. The Chef’s Table seats up to 18 guests, who can experience their culinary journey through the Bellpepper menu.

 

The Chef’s Table menu is served family-style and is personally created by the chef. The menu is always a cross-section of the current menu card, and each guest can taste more than ten dishes. Appetisers, main dishes and desserts are placed in the middle of the table in large bowls, on plates and in cups, so that guests eat “together” at an interactive communication platform for a convivial experience.

Chef

Chef de Cuisine Sven-Ole Hastreiter, is a Hyatt native talent, coming from Schleswig and already knew when he was a child that he would become a cook. There was no Plan B and he did not need one. From a young inexperienced cook, he has become a creative chef de cuisine. A cosmopolitan young man in an open kitchen, who on top of this cooks skillfully and with an open vision.
